There is uneasy calm at the Efiduase Senior High School in the Sekyere East District of the Ashanti Region as a student reportedly died on Wednesday night after some unknown assailants stabbed him.<\/p>\n
The deceased, identified as 18-year-old Derrick Adjei popularly known as Tygar Lee who is s business student in form \u201c3B\u201d was stabbed in the neck.<\/p>\n
Reports MyNews gathered indicate says the assailants attacked him at the back of the school fence wall between 6 and 7 pm last night and stabbed multiple times.<\/p>\n
Ironically, there were no blood stains at where the incident took place.<\/p>\n
School authorities who are tight-lipped about the situation have denied journalists, as well as dozens of parents who rushed to check up on their wards access to the school since none of the parents, have been able to reach their wards to see how they are doing.<\/p>\n
A team of crime officers from the Efiduase Divisional Police Command have since been deployed to the school to begin investigations into the incident.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, a housemaster name withheld who spoke to the media says authorities and some of the students are assisting police to carry out investigations.<\/p>\n
According to some of the students, the deceased went out from the school to watch a football match with his friends but later complain that he wanted to go and ease himself and later heard that he has been stabbed.<\/p>\n
The body is still at the Efiduase Police station and yet to be released to the parents.<\/p>\n
