The just-ended Africa and Arabia Property Awards ceremony held in Dubai saw Incept Architectural\u00a0consult, IAC, one\u00a0of\u00a0Ghana\u2019s\u00a0leading architectural firms winning two prestigious\u00a0honours\u00a0in the Architecture Multiple Residence and the Architecture Single Residence categories.<\/p>\n
The awards ceremony,\u00a0already\u00a0in its 25th year, is one of the largest, most prestigious, and widely recognized\u00a0awards programs\u00a0celebrating the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in real estate,\u00a0architecture,\u00a0interior design and property management within Africa and the Middle East region.<\/p>\n
The winners will later compete with other regions in various categories as part of the International Property Awards.<\/p>\n
The judging panel was chaired by Lord Caithness, Lord Best, The Earl of Liverpool, and Lord Thurso, highly respected members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament, and an independent panel of 80 industry experts\u00a0who\u00a0focus\u00a0on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability.<\/p>\n
IAC\u2019s two award-winning designs were the luxurious\u00a0Glenshire\u00a0Hills Estate; located in the Burma Hills Area which constitutes a gated community of 30 contemporary cuboid designed homes\u00a0within a garden oasis across 6 acres.<\/p>\n
