Ghana has been cautioned to brace up for yet another explosive undercover investigative project by the undercover journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Following the release of his latest undercover investigative project, Number 12, many have expressed divergent opinions on the project that exposed massive corruption in Ghana football and beyond.<\/p>\n

Regardless of the varied opinions shared about what seems the most impactful project by the Ace Investigative Journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas and his Tiger Eye PI team, Anas said \u201cthe world is yet to see my best\u201d.<\/p>\n

Speaking\u00a0 at the TPF National Media Festival 2018 at the Best Western Atlantic Hotel in Takoradi last Friday, Africa\u2019s most revered and feared undercover journalist said, \u201cpeople have called number 12 names,\u00a0 and also described its impact in many forms, but I can tell you, if anybody thought number 12 was hot, what is coming will be fire\u201d.<\/p>\n

The hall went dead silent as attendants raptly listened with keen interest as Anas passionately justified why his mode of operation which has come under attacks was the best if ever the nation and the world could rid the system of corruption which has become endemic.<\/p>\n

\u201cHow does anybody expect me to carry my long camera, enter an office and say, I have prima facie evidence against you, talk to me\u201d? Anas questioned to a resounding applause.<\/p>\n

He said, \u201cAm not going to stop this job, I will use the same methods until we are collectively able to eliminate or at least reduce corruption it considerably.<\/p>\n

The Executive Director of The Press Foundation, Listowell Yesu Bukarson, praised Anas for his unflinching commitment to fighting corruption.<\/p>\n

Mr. Bukarson who is an International Freelance Journalist and former Ashanti Regional Chairman of the Ghana Journalists Association, GJA, called on journalists to brace the storm and move beyond what he called, \u201ctraditional journalism\u201d which he stressed does not impact society and therefore almost ineffective.<\/p>\n

Organised by media institution The Press Foundation, TPF, the 3rd edition of the annual The Press Foundation National Media Festival\u201d was under the theme, \u201cThe Role of investigative Journalism in the fight against corruption in Ghana\u201d.<\/p>\n

The event has previously been held in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region and the Upper East Regional capital of Bolgatanga<\/p>\n
