Akonnor, may have guided his team to a 2-1 win over Zesco in the CAF Confederations Cup but he was left unhappy at the team\u2019s concession of yet another goal in the competition.<\/p>\n<p>Rahim Osumanu\u2019s header in the 73rd minute meant that Kotoko had conceded 3 goals in their two Group C matches played so far.<\/p>\n<p>And the trend was not pleasing to Akonnor and he made his thoughts known after the match.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cThe goal we conceded should not have happened. It was because of miscommunication but giving goals away is a worry and we have to keep working on it. We can only work and improve on things.<\/p>\n<p>However, it is surely disturbing and we will try as much as we can to improve on that area of our game.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Apart from that blot on the team\u2019s assessment, Akonnor was happy with the fact that they managed to get their first victory of the competition.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cIt was a good game for us and the game plan went very well. We knew the strengths of the opponent and we knew that Zesco was a very attack-minded team.<\/p>\n<p>It was important that we did not give them to breathe.
