The monies have been attributed to the NPP stalwart and the Minister of Finance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But reacting to the video circulating on social media, Gabby Asare Otchere-Darko noted that there\u2019s an agenda to smear his personality and that of other people in the NPP ahead of the election to create disaffection for the Party in a nasty campaign by their opponents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He said \u201cIt looks like this is going to be one very nasty campaign season: similar to, if not worse than, what we saw in 2008 when NDC was again in opposition.&nbsp;<br>I\u2019ve seen videos of plenty 200 and 100 Cedi notes being packed in what clearly looks like a reception of an office building, with a reception desk!&nbsp;<br>1. The first blatant lie was that the cash was secretly recorded in the house of the Minister for National Security.&nbsp;<br>2. The next big lie put on Facebook and amplified by an NDC group was that the cash was delivered to the house of \u201cGabby Okyere Darko, nephew to the President.\u201d<br>3.
