{"id":18071,"date":"2021-02-05T13:56:33","date_gmt":"2021-02-05T13:56:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.kumasionlinegh.com\/?p=18071"},"modified":"2021-02-05T13:56:36","modified_gmt":"2021-02-05T13:56:36","slug":"beware-of-fake-shs-placement-portals-ges-warns","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kumasionlinetv.com\/?p=18071","title":{"rendered":"Beware of fake SHS placement portals &#8211; GES warns"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>The Management of the Ghana Education Service (GES) has admonished parents to be on the lookout for fake Senior High School placement portals.<br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the GES, it has come to their notice of some fake portals purported to come from them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They are therefore urging parents to ignore all these fake portals that intend to exploit them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a letter signed by its Communication Director, Cassandra Twum, it stated that preparations are underway to place Junior High School students who passed late year\u2019s Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A total of 531,707 candidates made up of 269,408 males and 262,299 females sat for the examination in September 2020 but the results of 497 candidates were canceled.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Management of the Ghana Education Service (GES) has admonished parents to be on the lookout for fake Senior High School placement portals.
