{"id":22576,"date":"2021-06-08T15:17:21","date_gmt":"2021-06-08T15:17:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.kumasionlinegh.com\/?p=22576"},"modified":"2021-06-08T15:17:22","modified_gmt":"2021-06-08T15:17:22","slug":"c-r-three-dead-in-gory-accident-at-dunkwa-ayamfuti","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kumasionlinetv.com\/?p=22576","title":{"rendered":"C\/R: Three dead in gory accident at Dunkwa Ayamfuti"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Three men aged between 25 and 35 years have met their untimely death in a gory accident at Dunkwa Ayamfuti, a mining community in the Upper Denkyira West District of the Central Region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In an interview with Kasapa FM News\u2019 Yaw Boagyan, the Assemblymember for the Area, Mr Kwabena Enin Castro explained that the incident occurred early Tuesday, June 8, 2021, around 10:15 am between the Dunkwa Ayamfuri Cemetery and a Fuel Station Opposite the Cemetery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Explaining the cause of the accident he said, \u201cA mining truck belonging to Awaso Bauxite en route from Takoradi run over a private vehicle with three miners onboard and killed them all instantly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The deceased whose names were given as Akwasi Bacha who was the driver, King Medals and Frank working at Rock Sure a subcontractor for Perseus mining all died on the spot whilst on their way to work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They believe that the accident was a result of reckless driving but yet to be confirmed by the police.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The remains have been sent to Dunkwa On-Offin Mortuary for autopsy and preservation whilst the Police have arrested the driver of the mining truck to assist them with their investigations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Source: Ghana\/Starrfm.com.gh<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Send your news stories to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:dannyboy744@gmail.com\">dannyboy744@gmail.com<\/a>\u00a0and via WhatsApp on +233 266777777<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-dailymotion wp-block-embed-dailymotion\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\nhttps:\/\/dai.ly\/x81t3tf\n<\/div><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Three men aged between 25 and 35 years have met their untimely death in a gory accident at Dunkwa Ayamfuti, a mining community in the Upper Denkyira West District of the Central Region.
