{"id":23829,"date":"2021-06-22T18:58:33","date_gmt":"2021-06-22T18:58:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.kumasionlinegh.com\/?p=23829"},"modified":"2021-06-22T18:58:34","modified_gmt":"2021-06-22T18:58:34","slug":"produce-evidence-renouncing-ivorian-citizenship-in-10-days-court-to-jomoro-mp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kumasionlinetv.com\/?p=23829","title":{"rendered":"Produce evidence renouncing Ivorian citizenship in 10 days \u2013 Court to Jomoro MP"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Sekondi High Court in the Western Region of Ghana has ordered the Member of Parliament for Jomoro Constituency, Dorcas Affo-Tofey to produce all valid documents supporting her claim of renouncing her Ivorian citizenship before contesting as a Parliamentary Candidate on the ticket of the National Democratic Congress for the constituency within ten (10) working days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Sekondi High Court, presided over by Justice Dr Richard Osei Hwere had quashed the application by the National Democratic Congress (NDC) for the court to declare as \u2018No Case\u2019, an application seeking to declare the election of the Jomoro MP as null and void.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He has subsequently ordered the MP, Hon.
