Legendary Ghanaian commentator, Kwabena Yeboah, has hit out at Ghanaian and African politicians who only think of their personal gains instead of working to improve the lives of the masses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In an interview on Starr Chat on Wednesday, Kwabena Yeboah bemoaned the toxic nature of African politics and slammed politicians who come to power only to amass wealth for themselves and their generations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cOur politics is so toxic and we must do something about it. Politics should be about serving the people but unfortunately, most African politicians come to fill their bellies. We should get into politics to serve the people and not milk the state.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kwabena Yeboah, also said Anas Aremeyaw Anas\u2019 expos\u00e9 on the rot in Ghana football appears to have had no impact as corruption still thrives in the industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThere are people who think Anashas come to spoil our sport but even after the Number 12 expose\u2019 some of these things are still going on. It means his work has been in vain,\u201d Kwabena Yeboah told host Nana Aba Anamoah on Starr Chat Wednesday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He claimed he wasn\u2019t shocked about the revelations made in the work by Anas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWe knew our game was corrupt and rotten. We knew that some of the referees were pure criminals and holding teams to ransom,\u201d Kwabena Yeboah bemoaned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
