{"id":29018,"date":"2021-09-15T12:58:30","date_gmt":"2021-09-15T12:58:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.kumasionlinegh.com\/?p=29018"},"modified":"2021-09-15T12:58:31","modified_gmt":"2021-09-15T12:58:31","slug":"court-adjourns-abesim-killing-case-to-october-5","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kumasionlinetv.com\/?p=29018","title":{"rendered":"Court adjourns Abesim killing case to October 5"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The case involving a 28-year-old man, Richard Appiah, facing trial for the alleged killing of two boys has been adjourned to October 5, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This was after the prosecution team told the court that they are awaiting a post-mortem report on the remains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Prosecutor, Chief Inspector Lawrence Anane, who asked for an adjournment of the case, explained that an autopsy on the two boys had been done and a full report from the medical officer will be made available in the next few days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Richard Appiah is alleged to have murdered his stepbrother and two others, aged between 12 and 15 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After reports were made to the police on August 20, 2021, they found one of the deceased cut into pieces in a fridge, while two other deceased persons were found in other rooms in Richard Appiah\u2019s home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Police later discovered&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/citinewsroom.com\/2021\/08\/abesim-killing-suspected-intestines-of-victim-found-on-cocoa-farm-by-police\/\">intestines<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;believed to belong to one of the victims buried&nbsp;in a cocoa farm at Abesim.
