{"id":29028,"date":"2021-09-15T13:28:15","date_gmt":"2021-09-15T13:28:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.kumasionlinegh.com\/?p=29028"},"modified":"2021-09-15T13:28:16","modified_gmt":"2021-09-15T13:28:16","slug":"high-court-grants-owusu-bempah-ghs200000-bail","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kumasionlinetv.com\/?p=29028","title":{"rendered":"High Court grants Owusu Bempah GHS200,000 bail"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>An Accra High Court has granted bail to the head pastor of the Glorious Word Power Ministries International, Reverend Isaac Owusu Bempah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The controversial man of God was granted bail to the tune of GHS200,000 with two sureties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>His lawyer Gary Nimako moved the bail application on his behalf at the criminal division of the High Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rev. Bempah was arrested alongside four other suspects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They were charged with offensive conduct conducive to breach of peace, the threat of death, and assault of public officers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to police, they were arrested for creating and circulating multiple videos containing threats, and the brandishing of a weapon, and the assault of some police personnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rev. Bempah had previously been denied bail by a Circuit Court in Accra and was set to be in custody for a week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rev.
