The founder and leader of the Heaven\u2019s Gate Ministries Prophet Nicholas Osei known well as Prophet Kumchacha has said that he will solve all rent problems of people when he comes to power in 2024.
It seems the man of God is not stepping down nor giving up his hope of being the next president of Ghana. He has started delivering his campaign message to the people of Ghana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Recall that the man of God made his intention of vying for the presidency in a recent interview a few days ago. According to him, the literate has failed the people of Ghana and must be scrapped. Prophet Kumchacha has however introduced the name of his party as Kums peoples party (KPP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prophet Kumchacha has disclosed that he\u2019ll solve rent problems in Ghana if voted into office as Ghana\u2019s President.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prophet Kumchacha in an interview with Three Wise Men on Onua Fm\u2019s Efie Ne Fie drive-time show, \u201cI don\u2019t want people to steal my policies, so I will mention only one strategy of mine. I\u2019ll solve rent problems in the country,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cA young guy who\u2019s just started working will save for the whole year just pay for annual rent. Some pay as much as 10,000 for two years of rent. I will abolish the annual payment of rent. I\u2019ll institute the monthly payments system for rent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThe youth are poised for greatness, but landlords don\u2019t care. If they don\u2019t adhere to the monthly payments system, they will have to eat their respective houses. I will make sure the law works. Also, I will tackle corruption,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
