This year, Chandler Good Governance Index released the tanking of countries according to which country is being governed in the best or worst manner. The criteria Chandler used to judge include: leadership and Foresight, Robust Laws and Policies, Strong Institutions, Financial Stewardship, Attractive Market Place, Global Influence and Reputation, and Helping People Rise. Below are lists of the Top 10 Sub-Saharan African countries, and their position in Africa, and Globally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 10th best-governed country in Africa is the East African country with a population of 45,741,000 and a GDP per capita of US$817. Uganda has an index score of 0.386 and ranked 84th globally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
