{"id":56538,"date":"2022-11-29T07:40:29","date_gmt":"2022-11-29T07:40:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.kumasionlinegh.com\/?p=56538"},"modified":"2022-11-29T07:40:33","modified_gmt":"2022-11-29T07:40:33","slug":"father-of-ghanaian-female-singer-killed-in-the-us-breaks-silence","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kumasionlinetv.com\/?p=56538","title":{"rendered":"<strong>Father of Ghanaian female singer killed in the US breaks silence<\/strong>"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The father of Ghanaian-American gospel musician, Britney Boateng, Ernest Boateng, has spoken out for the first time following the death of his daughter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Speaking in an interview, Ernest Boateng said that the last time he spoke to his daughter, she asked him to prepare her spinach (kontomire) which was her favourite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He added that he prepared the stew for her, which is in the fridge, only to hear of her untimely demise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He then went on to remove the stew from the fridge and showed it to the camera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u2026 one thing that hurts me the most (is this happened after I prepared her favourite stew). Her favourite thing that I used to cook for her was spinach stew.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cShe told me that papa, you know I haven\u2019t had that thing in a long time and I said you know what Maame Jata, \u2018m off Sunday, I am going to make it for you. It is still in the fridge right now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLet me bring it out for you to see. I cooked and told my daughter to come and get it\u2026 If you think I\u2019m lying, this is it,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ernest Boateng also said that the police are still investigating the death of his daughter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He said that he heard of the incident on Saturday after it happened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He added that he does not know what really transpired and is not going to speculate on the matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Ghanaian female singer based in the United States of America, Britney Boateng, was reportedly shot dead by her sister-in-law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SEND A STORY:<\/strong>\u00a0Do you have a story for us or need a promotion \/ advertisement?
