Coach Otto Addo<\/a> said Ghana<\/a> will do everything possible to get the result against Uruguay<\/a> in their crunch group game at the ongoing FIFA World Cup in Qater.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Black Stars<\/a> will play Uruguay on Friday afternoon knowing if they avoid defeat, they will be through to the knockout stage of the competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ahead of the game, Coach Otto Addo said, the Black Stars will be playing for the win, and believes the boys will rise to the occasion and get the result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“It will not be revenge against Uruguay on Friday, but, we will do everything possible to get the win and qualify to the next round of the campaign,” Otto Addo said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Black Stars needs to avoid defeat in this upcoming fixture as they hold a two points advantage over the South American powerhouse after two matches if Group H.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ghana lost their opening game to Portugal, but bounced back to beat South Korea in their last group game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Uruguayans, drew with South Korea and lost to the Portuguese in the two matches they have played.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nothing but a win in Friday’s encounter, will see them through to the last 16 of the competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This, according to Uruguay, is what they will be going for, but Coach Otto Addo said, his charges will be ready for the action on the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Portugal will play the Koreans in the other group game with the Asians still in with a chance of booking a place in the next round of the campaign alongside the Portuguese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
