Habiba Sinare, a popular actress in Ghana, has placed a dark cloud over any future marriage prospects she may have had with a guy from the country\u2019s northern region.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

She said that the people of northern Ghana were particularly challenging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The actress claims that her claim is founded on her own experience as a divorcee from her ex-husband, former Black Stars footballer Abdul Majeed Waris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In an upcoming episode of MzGee\u2019s show Just Being Us, Habiba Sinare will talk about how she had postpartum depression following the birth of her child with her ex-husband.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Habiba stated that she was treated unfairly by her ex-family, husband\u2019s and that she vowed never to marry a northerner again because of this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cMy husband\u2019s father comes to the house, I am going out and he doesn\u2019t understand why I am going out\u2026They make my depression worse\u2026 I became so skinny, I was going through worse things [and] I couldn\u2019t talk to nobody about..<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOur northern people are very hard to deal with. Every northerner knows that. I am not ashamed to say that I am a northerner. I cannot marry a northerner again; I am not even joking. Dating them is something else, marrying them is horribly something else,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The actress Habiba Sinare has described her divorce from Abdul Majeed Waris as \u201cbitter\u201d in a number of interviews.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
