Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia’s campaign manager, Frederick Opare-Ansah, has expressed complete faith in the Vice President’s willingness to debate former President John Dramani Mahama whenever the two get the chance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During an interview on Eyewitness News with Umaru Sanda Amadu, the former Suhum MP delved into the government\u2019s accomplishments, acknowledging the prevailing global economic hurdles. Nevertheless, he firmly stated that Ghana has proactively tackled these challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Opare-Ansah added that despite the adversities faced, the current administration has outperformed its predecessor in terms of achievements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“Our official documentation is self-explanatory. Everyone is aware of the difficulties the world economy has faced, and Ghana is not an island. Dr Bawumia has said on\u00a0several\u00a0forums and platforms that he sees a shared responsibility and he is not running away from whatever problem that the country and the government have faced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nevertheless, if you take your time and thoroughly list all that this administration has accomplished in the face of these difficulties, you will see that it has performed better than the previous administration, which was not faced with these difficulties. So, he is ready any day any time to meet the main opposition challenger, John Dramani Mahama, to a debate at any place\u201d he stated.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Starting in the Eastern Region, Dr. Bawumia, the flagbearer of the NPP, is presently conducting a nationwide campaign tour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
