TRN Music has devised strategies to make Tic a bigger brand than before.<\/p>\n

In keeping with this objective, Tic will be hanging out with some fans of his and entertainment stakeholders at Fire Fly in Accra on Friday, June 8, 2018.<\/p>\n

The programme dubbed #Tic200FansConnekt will serve as platform for Tic to interact with his fans and players in the entertainment industry.<\/p>\n

He will invite opinions and suggestions from patrons on how to improve his brand and artistry.<\/p>\n

As part of the event, there will also be cocktail and networking among industry people and fans at the programme.<\/p>\n

According to TNR Music #TiC200FansConnekt is free and would be the maiden edition of series of activation to be held at different venues across the country.<\/p>\n

His new song,\u00a0\u2018Pene Ma Me\u2019<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0which featured fast-rising star KiDi, trended #1 on YouTube and topped iTunes top 100 charts immediately it was released.<\/p>\n

The event is organized by TNR Music & New Era Entertainment, with sponsorship from Gennex pizza, Steven films.<\/p>\n

Tic (formerly Tic Tac) started performing in 1997 with a group called \u2018Natty Strangers.\u2019 He was with his best friend Bessem Bikhazi (famously known as Cold Sweat.)<\/p>\n

After winning awards at events such as Kidafest and Fun World, Tic later released a self-produced album after Bessem migrated to the UK to train as a Pilot.<\/p>\n

In 1999 Tic Tac released his debut solo album, \u2018Philomena,\u2019 which spawned several hits.<\/p>\n

\u2018Menka Bio (Shordy),\u2019 a single from Tic\u2019s third album, \u2018Masem,\u2019 topped the Ghana music chart for 22 consecutive weeks in 2002-2003, which was a record at the time.<\/p>\n

The launch of his fourth album, Wope, was one of the largest ever in Ghana. \u2018Wope\u2019 was groundbreaking for the hiplife genre in that it featured several major international stars, including Freddy Meiway from C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire on the title track and Tony Tetuila of Nigeria on \u2018Fefe n\u2019efe,\u2019 which sampled Fela Kuti.<\/p>\n

His fifth album, Accra Connection, featured collaborations with Sway DaSafo, Rhian Benson, D\u2019Banj, and JJC.<\/p>\n
