The Leader and Founder of International God’s Way Church, Bishop Daniel Kojo Obinim aka Angel Obinim has been in the news for all the wrong reasons for a while now.
The controversial man of God has been under severe scrutiny of the Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Hon. Kennedy Ohene Agyapong on Net2TV GH for sometime now.
The renowned man of God who feigned sickness as soon as some Ghana Police personnel stormed his counselling session last week is still trending. Angel Obinim who was fit and going about his normal duties developed a knee injury all of a sudden when he saw the policemen with a court warrant. He was reportedly taken to Yeboah Hospital where he is currently receiving treatment.
Angel Obinim’s church members have taken to the principal streets of Accra and Kumasi to demonstrate against the government.
The church members were seen chanting war songs and threatening to vote massively against the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) if their Head Pastor is not released.
