Ghana records over 3,000 COVID-19 recoveries but case count jumps to 8,548

Ghana has recorded over 3,000 recoveries, this is according to the latest update provided by the Ghana Health Service.

The country has recorded 3,132 recoveries out of a total case count of 8,548 as at June 3, 2020

Meanwhile, the number of recorded deaths stands 38.

Greater Accra Region has recorded the highest number of cases followed by the Ashanti and Western region.

See the regional distribution below;

Greater Accra Region – 5,894

Ashanti Region – 1,342

Western Region – 449

Central Region – 438

Eastern Region – 134

Volta Region – 86

Western North Region – 68

Upper East Region – 42

North East Region – 2
