Government Is Committed To The Safety Of Journalists – Kojo Oppong Nkrumah.

The Information Minister and the legislator for the Ofoase Ayirebi constituency, Hon Kojo Oppong Nkrumah has noted the the Akufo-Addo led Government is committed to the safety of journalists. His comments is followed by how the National Security Service brutally arrested two of Citi FM’s journalists for making a video at the National Security Service head office.

Hon Kojo Oppong Nkrumah noted this when he paid a courtesy visit to the Citi Media House after the assault of their worker. He further noted that he has told the National Media Commission (NMC) to probe into the assault of Caleb Kudah.

According to the Information Minister, what no person being a journalist or anybody must not be treated that way as part of interrogation. He assured the Media house that government will help and probe in this issue.
