The second day of matches for the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League brought some interesting score lines at full time.

There were two games that were cleared with the remaining games set be completed on Wednesday to help shape the league table after match day nine.

In the first game of the afternoon, Accra Hearts of Oak pipped premier league new boys, Nsoatreman Football Club by 1-0.

Striker, Kwadwo Obeng Junior’s solitary strike sent the Phobians into second spot and head coach, Slavko Matic in his speech after the game remained happy and dedicates the win to the entire playing body.

Deputy coach of Nsoatreman, Boniface Ayepah on the hand was not happy about their second straight defeat and he wants them revisit the drawing board to correct their mistakes. In the other game, Great Olympics lost 1-0 against two time champions, Aduana Stars Football Club to keep the chase at the top alive.
