In a new song, DJ Azonto tackles Black Sherif head-on and offers youth advice.

DJ Azonto says the song is a response to Black Sherif’s “Shut Up” single, which caused controversy in the music industry due to its use of profanity.

DJ Azonto has already criticized Black Sherif, saying that the song was not deserving of the 2023 Artist of the Year award because it projected violence.

The new “Blacko Shut Up” song, which was produced by Abochi, has a smooth melody and hard-hitting lyrics.

In a recent interview, DJ Azonto said he intended to use the song as a means of encouraging young people to avoid making fun of older people and to show them respect.

“The song is dedicated to the youth and my three daughters, Corolla Arthur, MaBenz Arthur, and Masarati Arthur. No matter what someone has done to them, they should avoid being insulted.

He said, “We should teach them good deeds and the need to respect the elderly in society, rather than encouraging the use of such words.”
