Zimbabwean Poet Gets Engaged To The Artist Who Consoled Her After Multiple Heartbreaks

Zimbabwean poet Tsakani Muyambo exactly a year ago was in sorrow after being disappointed by men. With this, she said she doubted if she could love any man again. But all that changed when Mdu Mabhena stepped in to right all the wrongs done by her exes.

Tsakani took to Facebook last July to say she’s so damaged and will never be able to say “I love you” to a man. Then, Mdu commented telling her the right man will come along and correct everything. He ended up being the right man and they are now engaged.

Sharing the news of their engagement and screenshots of her initial post that brought them together, Mdu tweeted: “This is how i met her. We became best friends until i put a ring on it.”
