Candy, the female blogger who was recently arrested for writing an accdient story that turned out to be untrue about popular Kumawood actor, Kojo Nkansah, aka Lil win has detailed her bitter experience in a police cell for a night.
The journalist who is threatening legal action against radio Presenter Abeiku Santana who himself was in the news for editing a video interview with Joselyn Dumas aimed at putting her in a bad light appears very furious about her experience.
According to Candy, Abeiku Santana did his worse by ensuring that she unlawfully spent a night in a police cell,
The blogger according to reports was arrested by the Tesano police and detained in a police cell for a night without a specific charge.
Legal experts have described the case as civil hence one could not be taken into police custody and be kept in a cell for a night since the state has no interest in such cases describing the conduct of police offers who carried out the arrest as unprofessional
However speaking in an interview MyNews monitored on Saturday, the female blogger revealed she was going to sue Abeiku Santana for calling for her arrest after the main complainant Lil Win didn’t express any interest have her arrested
Lil Win has also confirmed to MyNews that he never called for the arrest of the female blogger though he was not happy with her defamatory publication.
