The Vice President of Ghana, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia who has been acclaimed as the New Patriotic Party’s(NPP’) Running Mate has assured Nana Akufo-Addo of four more years to do more for Ghana.
The NP today acclaimed the President of Ghana, Nana Akufo-Addo and his Vice President, Mahamudu Bawumia as leaders of the NPP going into election 2020.
Speaking at the event held at Alisa Hotel in Accra, Dr. Bawumia expressed his gratitude to the President for selecting him for the fourth time to be his running mate.
He noted that the NPP has delivered massively in its first term and the results are glaring for the people of Ghana to see.
The Vice President was optimistic that the people of Ghana will pay Nana Akufo-Addo with another four more years to do more for the country.
He said “Mr. President, I will never take the trust and loyalty you have in me for granted. I will continue to do everything in my capacity to support you in the execution of your mandate as President. It has been a privilege and an honour working for you and I thank you for giving me the opportunity. God bless you. Mr. President, you have chosen me for the fourth time and Insha Allah, the people of Ghana will give you four more years to do more for them”.
