The Vice President, his excellency Dr. Muhamadu Bawumiah has spoken to the majority caucus in parliament and has made some keynotes. Bawumiah has launched many programs these past few months with a just ended digital banking projects which are all purported to boost the economic state of the country. One of the things Bawumiah is known for is mostly thinking outside the box and that’s something he’ll receive accolades for as long as he remains competent in his field.

Bawumiah has never escaped form duty and it’s something we can commend him for as well. When the Vice President visited Mpraeso to give this speech or address, he received a hero’s welcome and was given the platform to speak to his colleagues (majority caucus). Bawumiah revealed that one of the things he has seen about the majority caucus is their commitment to the country and to the president.

He applauded them for the good work they’re doing since this is not the time to put the Npp to shame. The name of the new patriotic party needs to be uplifted and this is the time to see the need for that. The occasion had members of the Npp with the national secretary and many other bodies being present.

During the address, the Vice President said, I am not running from my duty as a Vice President or as a Ghanaian and I have not seen any of our people running from their duties and responsibilities as well and I must say it’s encouraging. Bawumiah applauded them once again and urged them to work even more harder than they’re working.

That’s also because they were given this great opportunity by Ghanaians to serve and it’s their responsibility to serve this country and take advantage of this. He asked them to continually arm themselves with the success stories and achievements chalked by the president, his excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
