One of South Africa’s enterprising acts, Nkululeko Nciza known in showbiz as Ciza, has expressed his admiration for Ghanaian musician Black Sherif.

According to the twenty-year-old music sensation, songs by Gyakie and Black Sherif are prominent in South Africa, adding that he admires their craft and would want to do a song with Black Sherif.

“I get some dope inspiration from here. Even the artistes here are amazing,” he said.

“There is a guy called Black Sherif – super talented guy. I think I wanna work with him. There are also other dope people. Shout out to Gyakie. She’s also super. She’s also big back home [in South Africa],” Ciza further stated.

Ciza made the remark at a listening session for his ‘Golden Boy Pack’ EP, which coincidentally bears a resemblance to KiDi’s own latest album. The South African crooner also spotted a similar bleached hair like KiDi’s.

Ciza’s five-track ‘Golden Boy Pack’ EP was launched at the Oasis Lounge in Accra on Thursday, September 2, 2021, to mark the commencement of his Ghana tour as part of the singer’s continent-wide publicity and promotional expedition.

The EP engages various genres including Soul, AfroPop, and the latest Amapiano craze, demonstrating the star’s versatility.

He said he is ready to tap into other rhythms from Ghana and parts of the African continent for his future compositions.

The Mzansi-born hitmaker already has massive international acclaim following the success of his sophomore studio single, ‘Adje’, which has over a million views on YouTube.

He was in the company of producer and songwriter David Hampton, as well as his father TK Nciza, who is also the boss of Top Boy Records label.

Twenty years ago, Ciza’s music royalty parents, Nhlanhla of Mafikizolo fame, and TK Nciza were considered one of Africa’s most powerful music couples of the millennium.
