Ghanaian video vixen, Rosemond Brown who is known as Akuapem Poloo still has a court issue hanging around her neck.
It could be recalled that the popular media personality as well as socialite was slapped with a jail term after she was found guilty of an inappropriate sexual act where she shared a photo capturing the moment she stood naked infront of her son.
Immediately after the ruling, her lawyer appealed and the latest development is that the Criminal Division of the Accra High Court is expected to hear the case on October 25, 2021.
Her lawyer, Andrew Kudzo Vortia has also fulfilled all conditions necessary for the appeal to proceed.
According to EIB Network’s Court Correspondent, Murtala Inusah all the parties involved in the case have filed their respective addresses.
In other news, award-winning Ghanaian rapper, Samuel Adu Frimpong who is known in showbiz as Medikal has been remanded in custody for five days.
The rapper was arrested after he publicly flaunted a gun in video that went viral on social media. He was dragged to court on Friday, October 22 and after the first hearing, he was told to remain custody for five days as investigations are set to be concluded.
