Armed robbers last night invaded the residence of Kessben Fm’s reporter Augustine Apau a.k.a “agya nuro”, www.leakynews.net has been informed.
His private five bedroom apartment situated at Sabin Akrofrom new site of Atwima Kwanwoma District in Ashanti region was completely looted with items including packs of kente clothing, 50 dollars, a physical cash of GHs 1,900, a brand new flat screen among others stolen.
Narrating the sad incident to this medium in an exclusive interview, the journalist couldn’t hold back his tears for close to 30 minutes.
He said he was out of the house when he received a distress call from his wife that his house has been looted by robbers.
“Agya nuro” detailed that he and his wife left the house in the morning for work and that his wife after returning home ahead of him in the night discovered to her shock that the entire residence has been ransacked.
Arriving home to observe the scene, he said though the main door to his corridor as he was told by his wife was securely locked the way they left it in the morning, he realized that the robbers craftily climbed unto the roof of his apartment, cut the roofing sheet and broke through the T&J ceiling of his bathroom into the building.
“They took away all my valuable items.”
“I’ve reported the matter to the police”, he said lamented.
