Reverend Isaac Owusu Bempah, the General Overseer of Glorious Word Power Ministry International, and two others have been re-arrested in court.
According to a video seen on Instagram, the man of God was arrested shortly after being released by the Circuit Court, which was presided over by Her Honour Afia Owusua Appiah.
Earlier this year, Reverend Owusu Bempah and others were arrested and charged with threatening to kill Nana Agradaa, now known as Evangelist Patricia Oduro Koranteng.
Following the recent developments, the prosecution, led by Chief Inspector Dennis Terkpetey, asked the court to release the General Overseer of Glorious Word Power Ministry International from the prior charges.
Their lawyer, Garry Nimako Marfo, told the court that they were planning to file a petition with the Attorney General against the prosecution’s handling of the matter.
