Akuapem Poloo has said the standard of living prevailing in Accra is utterly outrageous hence she has moved from her expensive apartment to a relatively cheaper one.
The actress and social media nuisance was the guest of Deloris Frimpong Manso on her award-winning program, the Delay Show where she intimated that she was staying in the plush neighborhood of Dzorwulu where she paid $1,000 a month.
Poloo said her sugar daddy abroad used to pay her rent for her anymore.
“Accra is very expensive. Two bedroom self apartment at Dzorwulu. I was paying $1,000 per month and I rented it for 2 years. I wasn’t the one paying for it. My sponsor was a 54-year old whiteman in America.”
“I met him on Facebook. He never saw me in person but we always facetime and video call on WhatsApp. We are not together anymore, that’s why the money has stopped coming.
