Asante Kotoko dispatched all their rivals to win the 2021/22 Ghana premier league title. They were quite dominant throughout the season breaking records all over the place. They were able to beat Karela United States, and Aduana Stars in their backyard, something they have not been able to do in a long while. Their focus now is to defend the title next season and also to give a good performance in Africa and if possible win the champions league.

To do that you need the best materials available. If what we are hearing is true, then Asante Kotoko is in trouble next season. Some of their key players are departing the club. I don’t know why their contracts are not being extended. Fabio Gama is out. Madasiru’s contract will end in a months time and nothing concrete has been offered to him. According to reports, Richard Boadu (Agadas) is currently in Turkey undergoing trials. There are other players rumoured to be on their way out.

club continues on this tangent, they might face worse than what Hearts of Oak experienced in Africa.
