Having my husband as my manager has given me peace of mind – Piesie Esther brags

Gospel singer Piesie Esther recently reopened the topic of married women musicians being managed by men other than their husbands in an interview with Kastle FM.

According to Piesie Esther, it’s risky for a married woman to work with another guy as her boss.

She said that having her husband as her manager has given her peace of mind since she knew he was her husband first and foremost and that she owed him nothing else.

“Because of my job schedule, which requires me to travel to the studio late at night to record, finding someone who understands the nature of my work is quite helpful,” she continued.

Some married guys find it unbearable that the singer says she may stay in the studio until 2:00 a.m. before going home.

Having your husband as your employer may help defuse potentially dangerous circumstances, such as going up and down the stairs with a guy who is not your spouse in the middle of the night.

“After a performance, I occasionally need to switch to a different outfit, and I do so in the car with my husband present since I am aware that he is the one I am married to,” Piesie Esther remarked in the interview.
