The Ghana Premier League returns on Monday after the World Cup with week nine fixtures across various venues in Ghana.

Games coming up today will see Gold Stars hosting Real Tamale United at the Duns Park. Gold Stars have not done badly in the Ghana Premier League where they have collected some good points after just week eight games played in the 2022/23 Premier League season.

One of the Newly promoted side from last season, Accra Lions will play new boys, Samartex at their newly chosen venue, Sogakope Park. The club chose the venue because of of their closure of Accra Sports Stadium for renovation.

Accra Lions are currently lying comfortably on the eighth spot on the league table with fifteen points after eight matches and a win will be good for them.
