According to information from the Argentine media, the Central Bank of the Republic of Argentina has in mind to issue a commemorative banknote, which would not have a historical figure or a representative place in its image, but rather the ’10’ would be on it.
This proposal was launched to be taken into consideration, but according to reports everything would be more towards a joke, because although they do not see it with bad eyes, they know that it would not be entirely feasible for this to happen.
The fans were excited to have Messi in their national currency, since it would be on the 1000-peso bills, and would be the highest denomination with its number ’10’. But for now, everything is up in the air.
