Kwaku Twumasi, a veteran movie director and actor was on Saturday 16 July, 2022 celebrated on United television’s (UTV) United showbiz programme which is hosted by Nana Ama Mc Brown. This came to light in an effort to recognise the actor’s role and contribution to Ghana‘s movie industry over the past years. He was. In recognition of his works, he was presented with a 65 inches UHD hisense television and a 4- door hisense refrigerator. In addition was a presentation of 10,000 Ghana Ghana cedis ( 5,000 Ghana cedis physical cash and the other 5,000 Ghana cedis in cheque). The actor thanked UTV for recognizing his efforts in the movie space.
Kwaku Twumasi has starred in several movies some of which are ; madam Joan Boateng, my mother’s heart Yansa and has directed several movies some of which include I hate women. He has also starred in some movies with Nana Ama Mc. Brown, the host of the show and an actress as well.
