Sarkodie’s wife Mrs Tracy Owusu Addo aka Tracy SarkCess has given an essential tip to the government on how to improve the initiative.
In a tweet shared hours ago, Tracy said she feels the policy should be a needs-based policy because there are many people in Ghana who are willing and are in the position to pay for the fees of their kids.
